Designers, Architects, Contractors and Builders who maintain an annual spend of at least $30,000 (net) are eligible to join our Trade Platinum program
Commercial Lighting Representatives, Distributors, Showrooms and Factories do not qualify for our Trade Platinum Program
Eligibility will be reviewed each year based off prior year’s revenue from JAN 1 – DEC 31
Accounts will qualify for the program at any point in which they reach $30,000 (net) for the current year
No restock on items listed on our website that show a restocking fee.
60 Day Return Policy applies to standard product which adheres to our Return Policy. Custom product is not eligible for returns
$500 annual credit will be placed on Trade Platinum accounts at the beginning of the calendar year, and can not be carried over into future years
Free Gift will be sent within two weeks of acceptance into the Trade Platinum program
Only items shipping via UPS Ground/Small Parcel qualify for Free return shipping. LTL/freight orders will be charged return shipping cost.
